Attach ください to the て-form to make a polite request. It is common in instructions, customer service, and everyday conversation.

Natural situations
Use 〜てください when you want someone to do something in a straightforward but polite way. It is stronger than a hint, but still normal and useful.

ちょっと softens the request and makes it sound natural.
