Haru and his older sister arrive at the station before nine in the morning to go to the sea.

They plan to take a train that runs near the sea.

However, on the station information board, only that train's time appears in red.

An announcement says that because of strong wind, the train will be suspended partway along the route.

Haru worries that they may not be able to take the trip at all today.

His sister says, “First, let's listen to the announcement until the end.”

A station employee announces, “Passengers going to the sea, please take the replacement bus in front of the station.”

The bus takes about thirty minutes longer than the train.

A nearby passenger says, “You can also walk to another line.”

The station employee explains, “That route is long and passes through a place with strong wind.”

Haru and his sister choose the safe replacement bus.

They receive a paper showing the bus route from a station employee.

Haru checks which bus stop is closest to the aquarium.

The bus travels slowly on a road above the sea.

Through the window, they can see waves and small fishing boats.

Haru realizes that the slower route has the better view.

They arrive later than planned, but they still have several hours to spend at the aquarium.

Before entering the aquarium, his sister also checks how they will return.

Haru takes a picture of the replacement-bus information.

Haru thinks that the changed route also became part of the trip.
