Sentence 1
土曜日の午後、あやは町内会の手伝いで公民館へ行きました。
On Saturday afternoon, Aya went to the public hall to help the neighborhood association.

その日は、災害のときに使う防災用品を確認する日でした。
That day was a day to check the disaster-prevention supplies used in emergencies.

倉庫には水、毛布、簡単な食べ物、ライト、電池などがしまってあります。
